At GENUWI, if you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, feel free to contact us to request submit the return request, and we will offer you solutions according to your case.

1. 120-Day Risk-Free Return&Exchange

Our products have a risk-free 120-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags. Returns are free and easy.

2. 120-Day Made to Last Guarantee

We care about your comfort and product quality. If you face any clothing quality issues after receipt, contact us within 120 days for free returns and exchanges.

How to Return & Exchange

Step 1:
Contact us to submit your return & exchange request by complete the form. If it's a product quality issue, please attach detailed photos.

Step 2:
Please patiently wait for website review. The review result will be notified via email.

Step 3:
Once the application is approved, our staff will send you a USPS shipping label by email.

Step 4:
Please send the exchanged/returned product to our return address and provide us with the tracking number.

Step 5:
Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and will be refunded to your original payment method.

Important note:

1.Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable. We will issue a full refund (including shipping) if your item arrives damaged, defective, or due to a shipping error on our part.

2.Exchanges: We’re happy to offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item.

3.If you’re returning an item for personal reasons, the return shipping cost will need to be covered by the customer. The exact cost depends on the carrier you choose.

4.If the return is due to an error on our side (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping fee.

 

Unauthorized Returns

If we receive any other return that has not been authorized, your return/exchange will not be processed nor will your unauthorized return be returned to you.

Change and Cancellation

We accept order change and order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. The refund will be processed within 2 business days. Keep in mind once your order ships, we’re unable to make changes.
